Return Policy

We offer refunds for package purchases made within 2 hours of the original transaction. However, please note that the refunded amount will be subject to deduction of a payment gateway fee at 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee at 5% of the paid amount.

It is important to understand that no refunds will be issued for any package purchases made directly on Moneylancer website “www.moneylancer.in” or through an affiliate link after the 2-hour window, regardless of the circumstances.

To initiate a refund request, customers must send an email to support@moneylancer.in with the following format and provide details from their registered e-mail ID:

  1. Full Name
  2. Registered e-mail ID
  3. Registration date
  4. Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date and time (received via e-mail/message during the payment process)
  5. Reason for refund

Please be aware that refund requests without the above-mentioned details will not be accepted.
